Data processed
The site is published as static files. There is no advertising script. Google Analytics 4 runs only if you give explicit consent on the cookie bar; otherwise the measurement script is not loaded. Apart from that, personal data is limited to contact details you send of your own accord.
- A WhatsApp message: the name shown on your account, your phone number and the text you write. That data also passes through the infrastructure of the company that operates WhatsApp.
- A future individual contact form: name, phone, e-mail, preferred channel and message.
- A future workplace contact form: organisation, contact person, e-mail, phone, city, headcount, work model, topic and message.
The hosting provider may keep server access logs (IP, date, requested address) as a technical necessity. Until a form endpoint is connected, the forms on the site do not send data.
Purpose of processing
Submitted data are processed only so that the request can be answered. Collecting a health history is not the aim. Special-category health data are not requested; if you include such information in a message, that is your choice, and the site does not use it to form a diagnosis or a file.
Transfer
When WhatsApp is used, your message is sent to the infrastructure of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited / WhatsApp. If you consent to measurement, a browser identifier, the page address and an approximate location are sent to Google LLC’s Analytics infrastructure. The legal basis will be written at legal review. If a form later runs through a third-party service, the provider’s name and country will be stated here.
